We know that a large portion of our customers come from European countries. Although we currently do not accept orders with an EU address, we want to assure you that it is not impossible in the future!

Here are two simple ways to continue shipping from Indonesia to the EU:

Shipping to a US forwarding address and have it shipped to you

Because Indo4ward hasn’t yet started accepting EU addresses, one way you could do this is to have the order shipped to the US and have the forwarder ship it to you. 

1. You will first need to select a US forwarder.
   There are actually many options to choose from, a few we have heard from our customers were Reship, MyUS, Forward2Me and many more.
   Forwarders will generally be providing you with an address in the United States, where you could ship the item from many other countries into the US and have it shipped to you.
3. Enter the US address onto your Indo4ward checkout page.
4. Checkout and you’re done – Once the product has arrived at the US Forwarder’s warehouse, the forwarder will inform you of the arrival.
5. After confirming the item arrived in the US, you can request that they have it shipped to the EU. 

And that’s pretty much all to it! 

That is if you want to have it shipped to the US -> Europe, but what if you could upgrade your address and have it directly shipped to you from Indonesia?

Get upgraded to a Europe address

This is where it gets slightly easier, to have it shipped to the EU. Because Indo4ward needed to know that you have an order with us, you will first need to checkout with a US address. After which, you will then request for the order to be upgraded to your respective Europe address.

A staff member will then reply to you with the upgrading top-up to have it shipped to you directly. However, Please be aware that customs and duties are not included in our orders to the EU.

Once you accept the quotation for the upgrade and complete your payment, Indo4ward will promptly update your shipping address to your European location. This is a seamless process designed for your convenience!

To put it simply, here are the steps:

1. Check out with a forwarding address in the USA.
2. Request an upgrade to your EU address.
3. Make payments for the upgrade.
4. Wait for your products to be delivered to your doorstep!
